Our Refund Policy

Medication cannot be refunded or credited unless it is part of a consumer-level medication recall. Strict legislative controls are in place to regulate the production and storage of medicines throughout all stages, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and pharmacy dispensing. Once a medication has been dispensed from the pharmacy, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions, and there is a possibility that the product may have been tampered with. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any dispensed pharmaceutical products. In accordance with legal requirements, Labratorio Pharmacy will issue refunds to customers when necessary. If a refund is needed, it will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase (for example, a credit card refund for a credit card transaction).
